How it works:
We lead a 45 minute yoga class that includes fun yoga games! If you want to bring prizes for the kids to win during the games, we can incorporate that into the experience!
After the class, you can use the space for treats, presents, celebration etc.

Hi! My name is Sam, owner of this magical space. I have called the Cedar Valley my home since 2012 but grew up in Harpers Ferry, Iowa. I attended UNI and graduated with a BA in theatre performance and theatre for youth. A couple years later, I took a yoga class as a work challenge and was hooked. Before I knew it, I was attending every day and a year later signed up for my 200 hour certification. I started teaching as much as I could and in 2020 quit my day job to pursue teaching yoga full time. Around that same time, I took my first fitness certification in barre. I'm an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and certified SUP yoga instructor. When I'm not teaching, you can catch me on my paddleboard, biking, roller blading and hiking with the two best dogs around, Arlo and Annie. I'm a lover of good food, cooked by my husband Tyler, coffee (my life source) and books.

Hi, I’m Olivia! I’ve been teaching yoga at the studio since August 2025 and recently began teaching fitness classes as well. My goal is to create strong, empowering, and sustainable movement experiences. I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and am currently working toward my group fitness certification.
You’ll find me teaching both yoga and fitness classes, with a focus on building strength, confidence, and a feel-good connection to your body, no matter your experience level.
When I’m not at the studio, I’m usually reading, running, or hanging out with friends, family, and my two cats. I can’t wait to move and grow together in class!

Hey there! I'm Jeslyn!
I've been teaching fitness classes since April 2025 and I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor. I’ve always had a passion for staying active. Being able to create a fun, motivating class where we can grow stronger together, both physically and mentally, makes me so happy!
When I’m not leading classes in this amazing space, you'll find me spending time with my family and pets, cheering on my kiddo at sporting events, running, kayaking, reading, maybe another hobby from my long list of hobbies (this list could be really long if I didn't stop it here! 🤭), or trying something completely new!
I tend to be both a night owl and an early bird, but you'll mainly catch me in the early AM classes. 😀 So set those alarms and I hope to meet you soon!
Mellow Flow is designed to open your body, release tension and explore movement throughout your entire system. We will work to create a balance between a calm mind and mobile body.
Your favorite barre class choreographed to upbeat music!
20 seconds of work. 10 seconds of rest. 4 minute tabatas. 2 excercises for each tabata that include strength, cardio and core. Modifications always offered and encouraged.
Improve muscular endurance and strength. We will cycle through 8 exercises for 45 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest.
Half a circuit of core to finish.
Combine the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core strength and precision of pilates. This fusion class creates a full body workout that improves balance, posture and strength.
We will move a little bit faster, working on more challenging postures in a mindful and intentional fashion, linking poses with the breath.
Gentle yoga is good for beginners or seasoned practitioners that just want to wind down. It focuses on slow, comfortable movements, and is designed to be accessible to all levels. We will use bolsters and blocks to help support our practice.
Barre workout in a timed out circuit style format. 10 exercises performed 3 times, with a core finisher.
35 minutes of step aerobics followed by 10 minutes of stretches.
A dynamic practice, this class is crafted to help you move with more control, create new range of motion and stabilize the joints.
A Hybrid class, combining elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength. We will utilize a traditional ballet barre, light weights, ankle weights and bender balls.
Slower paced flow where poses are held longer, emphasizing on strength, mindful movement and breath control.
